Education Finance in Vermont: Analysis and Recommendations

Pursuant to 2025 Acts and Resolves No. 73 (Act 73), the Joint Fiscal Office solicited proposals for a consultant or consulting team to perform comprehensive analyses and make recommendations regarding changes to Vermont’s education financing structure.

JFO has awarded the entire scope of work to the American Institutes for Research (AIR).
