Education Finance in Vermont: Analysis and Recommendations

Pursuant to 2025 Acts and Resolves No. 73 (Act 73), the Joint Fiscal Office is soliciting proposals for a consultant or consulting team to perform comprehensive analyses and make recommendations regarding changes to Vermont’s education financing structure. The documents related to this work will be posted below.

The closing date for the receipt of proposals is 3:00 PM ET on October 3, 2025. Questions will
be accepted until 3:00 PM ET on September 12, 2025.
